Our new hybrid event package allows high-end events to proceed with reduced attendees, with the ability to reach out to a global network, while in a safe environment.
Our fully inclusive hybrid package includes all the elements necessary to achieve a high-quality user experience. This allows our corporate clients to get their message across while carrying their brand guidelines.
The presenters will be shot from the prestigious Round Room in front of our 55ft (17meter) screen which will be used as a panoramic backdrop. The screen can be used to display content & branding, making the online event seem like a natural extension of the business.
The event can be pre-recorded, live-streamed or a mixture of both. For any live-streamed element, a guest Q&A or live polling will be possible, making it an interactive experience for guests.
